4 years ago i opened my cyber cafe. During my first year i was happy and enjoying my new business. But after one year i realized the following:
That i was working more than i thought before opening my cafe.

How I did this...............................
Let us see step by step.
First of all, I analysed problems of a typical cyber cafe holder.
1. When customer comes in, you have to do manual entry on copy/register.
2. You have to keep an eye on customer and when he goes out, note down his closing time, calculate charges manually.
3. So, you cant relax and have to invest your attention on cyber cafe all the time.
4. Some customer keys in USB pen drive and infects computer with virus.
5. Innocent users install spyware and unwanted programs from internet.
6. You have to re-install windows and other softwares every 4th day.
7. Some customers doe huge downloads more than 100 of Mbs and you want to charge extra for it. But they plug in their USB pen drive and take data out.
8. Some customer uses internet and blaims you to wrongly note his internet starting time.
9. Some customer says he has forgotten purse on home or he has only ?? Rs. In pocket.
10. A friendly porson comes, uses internet and say Thank You (withoug even paying a single penny).
11. Customer asks you to provide internet for ½ hours. But you got busy in your usual work and customer sits more than ½ hours.
This is a big problem. If one customer wastes 5 extra minutes (without paying extra) and you have 10 terminals running 5 hours daily. Then you wastes 250 minutes approx 4 hours of waste time that should otherwise be counted.
1. When his one hour completes, customer requests you for extra minutes for signing out or clicking on send button and you cant refuse.
I tried many many cyber cafe software on internet. Believe me no software is perfect. Whether FREE of paid, every software has its pitfalls
Later on I decided to develop a software to solve my problems. I contacted my frien who is a software engineer in a company and we agreed to develop such type of complete software.
And Now:
1. I have started 3 other businesses and sit in my another office. (not in cafe).
2. I have no boy/attendant in cyber cafe since last two years except from a TV camera. (saving me several thousands per year).
3. I haven't installed windows or any software or antivirus on any terminal since last two years.

5. My customer pays me all money in advance and then uses internet. So there is no question of credit.
About the Solution
The project is name UCCS = Unified Cyber Cafe Solution.
It is named so becuase it makes a chain of cyber cafes and all cafes are connected with one another.
It is a type of prepaid coupon system in which you sell prepaid coupons to your customer. Each coupon has a unique LoginID and Password.
